Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Quality Performance to
develop and implement their quality improvement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive quality improvement strategy
aligned with organizational goals
Manage HEDIS and Stars data collection, reporting, and analysis to
improve performance
Lead a team of quality professionals and collaborate with
stakeholders to drive performance improvement
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement,
or healthcare operations
4+ years of experience in leading high-performing teams
Firm understanding of Stars, HEDIS, and CAHPS
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
